  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and e-transfers (for Canadian customers only).
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship to Canada and the United States.
  • Orders over $90 qualify for free shipping within Canada. Orders below this amount have a $7.50 shipping fee.
  • Customers in Vancouver, BC, may opt for local pickup from our warehouse at 8588 Cornish Street.
  • Shipping times vary:
    • Canada: 3-7 business days
    • USA: 5-10 business days
  • Tato the Wolf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at tatothewolf@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
