Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
• Once shipped, delivery times vary:
  • Canada: 3-7 business days
  • USA: 5-10 business days
• Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Rates

• Canada: Free shipping on orders $90+. Orders under this amount have a $7.50 shipping fee.
• USA: Shipping is charged at actual rates based on the order weight and destination.
• At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Local Pickup

Customers in Vancouver, BC can choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse at 8588 Cornish Street. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• TatoTheWolf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at tatothewolf@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Customs & Duties (USA Orders)

• Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
• These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
