Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at tatothewolf@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and work with you to find a resolution.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at tatothewolf@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items.
- Personalized or custom-made items are also non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TatoTheWolf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service or shipping carrier for assistance.
