We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

3. How much is your shipping charge?

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders $90+. Orders under this amount have a $7.50 shipping fee.
  • USA: Shipping is charged at actual rates based on the order weight and destination.
  • Please note: We do not offer international shipping beyond the USA and Canada at this time.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary:

  • Canada: 3-7 business days
  • USA: 5-10 business days
    Delays may occur due to customs or high order volumes.

5. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer local pickup from our warehouse at 8588 Cornish Street, Vancouver, BC. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as our jewelry is considered a personal item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tatothewolf@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

8. Do you offer custom or pre-orders for out-of-stock items?
